1.Raw material

(1)steel wire coil

(2)use the prefabricated scrap steel,waste steel removed from the old building,cold-drawn wire,waste welding rod of which the diameter is less than 8mm and length more than 100mm.

2.Principle:

1)Feed raw materials to the wire drawing machine to get the wire of required diameter and complete dust removing at the same time.

2)Feed the steel to nail making machine to make nails.

3)Put the nails into the nail polishing machine(with sawdust and so on) to get the nails bright.

4)Packaging.

Process flow: steel wire -- wire drawing ---nail making—nail polishing—finished nails.

P.S.The steel wire drawn by the drawing machine can be used in many other fields such as grid mesh,hencoop,big-arch shelter,hangers,vehicle basket.

3.Technical parameters                                                                          

Nail length can be 50-180mm(2 inch,2.5 inch,3 inch,4 inch,5 inch,6 inch),different dies can make nails of different diameter.Voltage 380 V,2 people to operate,occupation of more than 20 square meters,2-3 days’ training period,simple operation,your best choice.

4.Output

On the basis of nails of 50-100mm,the output is 200-450kg.(8 hours)
